My truck had to get towed to their shop. They found the problem and 10 min and fix it, the mechanic there are very Knowledgeable and will get you in and out. When you come to the shop make sure you go to the garage that has rts repair on it. I would recommend them to any truck driver that’s in this area they do great business.

Great guys here fast efficient and pocket friendly. I came in with one issue and got 3 resolved in a matter of hours. Everything else in the area was backed up of over a week and RTS said bring it over and we’ll take a look at it. Words can’t express how hard these guys work here. If you’re ever in the Florence, KY area give them a call and these guys will get the job done. There only 2 bays but that didn’t slow them down at all. You can bring your own parts or they have it!! There’s also room out back if you have a trailer as well. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication to your craft. This is officially my go to shop whenever I’m in the area.

I came in with an urgent issue — my transmission was leaking oil. David took a look right away, fixed the problem quickly, and topped off the fluid so I could get back on the road without delays. What I really appreciated is that they charge for actual work, not like some shops that try to overcharge for everything. Very fair pricing and honest service. Big thanks to David. Great shop , Dave a great mechanic looking for the problem with eyes and testing components necessary tools. I brought my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia. They got me going in 2 days after I brought my truck towed to them after I initially thought my fuel pump went out wouldn’t let me move. Dave tested everything it passed. He looked for other things with eyes and skill level and seen my trans coolant lines broke off and he automatically knew my transmission was done. “ no oil and metal in the left over oil in the transmission. Bought a new one “used” they got me rolling 2 days later. He also looked at the new transmission that I brought them seen it had corrosion on the TCM suggested buying a new one from the dealer and I did. Dave is great looking for communication faults and errors from the engine - fire wall all to the back of the chassis ,wheels and 5th wheel looking for bad sensors, short or damaged wires that give faulty codes to the truck computer.

I’ll be honest—if you’re looking for Freightliner service with honest service, with rate shop rate of 150 this is the place to go. The team provided excellent service and truly cares about their customers. They completed work on the steer axle brakes and rotors, serviced the ABS system, programmed the front radar, and handled additional front-end truck upgrades. I’m truly speechless—thank you, Dave!
